Who we are?

History

It all began in 2007 when two of the co-founders started an architectural workshop in Egypt called Tatweer Architecture House. Later, two more partners with long-diverse expertise joined, and together the partners mingled their expertise. In a span of three years, Tatweer evolved into Elevate Development Management services, with the motto of elevating real estate projects’ quality and maximizing client revenues.

04 Project Management & Site Supervision

With a wealth of experience, our in-house consultants monitor each stages of the construction closely in order to bring out optimum results for our clients.

  • Contracts Management: Status tracking and execution of contracts on behalf of the client.
  • Planning Management: Close supervision and detailed management of all sub-consultants and deliverables.
  • Cost Management: Careful planning and delivery of an Overall Project Budget that includes management and reporting of execution to the agreed budget.
  • Quality Management: Supervision and monitoring the Project Management Contract (PMC) by managing the project consultants’ quality, controlling cash flow and ensuring rework wherever required.
  • Construction Contractor Procurement: Management of the PMC by undertaking the pre-qualification and recommendation of a list of proposed Construction Supervision Consultants.
  • Main Contractor Appointment: 360-degree management of the tendering process, including determining approach to procurement (e.g. single main contractor Vs. management contracting) and appointment of contractor(s).
  • Testing, Commissioning & Handover: Close supervision and monitoring of the Project Management and Consultants thus ensuring completion to standards, costs and timelines.
  • Facilities Management Procurement: Preparation and development of Facilities Management Strategy that includes the level and standard of service to be provided.

05 Sales & Marketing

On completion of the project, our sales and marketing team takes over the project with the aim of ensuring that our clients enjoy maximum return on their investment.

  • Marketing Strategy: Based on the target market segment, our marketing experts develop and implement a marketing strategy, plan, budget and program management.
  • Marketing & Communication Management: In addition to preparation of scope of services and tender documentation, our marketing team proposes, pre-qualifies, shortlists and procure marketing advertising agencies that can deliver on time, effective results.
  • Sales & Leasing: Here our sales experts oversee the preparation of sales/leasing monetization strategy, advises on sales/leasing rates, plan and targets, and manage sales/leasing agents.
