My Role:

As a strategic consultant bridging Tatweer’s UK and MENA teams, I led the evaluation of land development opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
This included conducting localized feasibility studies, financial and development modeling, and preparing investor briefings tailored to regional market dynamics.
My work empowered international investors to confidently enter and expand in Saudi markets — with clear insights into land value, regulatory pathways, and long-term return potential.
