In 2006, I had the opportunity to join one of the largest real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. That moment marked the beginning of my actual entry into the world of real estate development. What attracted me to this field is its diversity and breadth, as it combines technical, financial, and legal knowledge, alongside project management and market understanding — making it for me more than just a job, but a passion and a comprehensive professional life.
What distinguishes real estate development the most is the project lifecycle — from feasibility studies and site selection to design, implementation, and operation. This depth and variety motivated me to continue and grow in this field, acquiring multiple skills and experiences over the years.
Today, after more than 25 years of accumulated experience, I can confidently say that this field has become an essential part of my life. I find in it a continuous challenge and endless opportunities for learning, creativity, and making a real impact on society.
I chose the field of real estate development because it combines strategic analysis and creative vision, allowing me to be part of an industry that directly affects the lives of people and communities. I have always been passionate about the idea of transforming spaces into vibrant places — whether residential, commercial, or mixed-use — and I found that this specialization gives me the opportunity to turn ideas into tangible realities.
Moreover, this field requires a balanced understanding of engineering, financial, and legal aspects, which continuously motivates me to learn and grow professionally. What attracts me most is the ability to see a project from its inception as an idea or empty land until it is completed as a project that achieves real economic and social value.
I believe that real estate development is not just about constructing buildings but about building the future, shaping cities, and improving quality of life.

The biggest challenge I have faced in my real estate development management journey has been how to effectively engage with investors and landowners, particularly in a country like Saudi Arabia, which holds thousands of square meters of undeveloped land.
